CampingHave you ever wanted to camp at Sunset Park, while enjoying three full days of the Renaissance Festival. Here is your chance! For the first time, we will be offering the general public an opportunity to set up camp in Sunset Park during faire! We have allocated space just outside the south gate area adjacent to Area F. Camp spots are very limited and will be available on a first come first serve basis (while supplies last). Below you will find all the available packages along with rules and regulations. You will be able to reserve your space beginning May 1,2017 when tickets go on sale.

  • Preferred Camping is a 15 x 15" space

  • Preferred Plus Camping is a 20 x 20" space
  • Vehicles park in the parking lot adjacent to the designated campsite area in Area F, allowing more space and include overnight parking pass
  • Preferred Plus Camping includes (4) 3-day passes, (4) festival T-shirts, (4) Festival Posters and a magical Camping Experience

GENERAL RULES:

  • All camping attendees must be 18 years of age or older and have valid ID or else be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Sorry, no exceptions.
  • Each camping attendee must have their own festival pass for entrance.
  • Camping spot decals are non-transferable by themselves. They will only work when scanned with the festival pass with which it was originally ordered. If you purchased multiple festival passes and a single camping spot, the camping spot will only be valid with one of the festival passes from that order. This is to help thwart scalping of camping spots and making camping available to actual on-site campers.
  • CHECK IN TIMES:  Campers can check in Thu from 9:00a-6:00p and Fri from 8:00a-8:00p.*time subject to change
  • All Camping attendees can visit each others’ campsites.
  • There will be on-site security at all times.
  • First aid stations will be open 24-hours.
  • Clark County and its staff are not responsible for any materials misplaced, lost or stolen. It is recommended that you do not bring valuable items. If you do bring valuable items, please lock them in your car. Do not leave valuable items in your tent.
  • All campers are expected to behave in a manner that is courteous to other campers.
  • Noise curfew is at 11:30p.
  • Please be advised campsite will be on lock down between the hours of 11:30pm – 2am nightly.  If you need to leave prior to 6am on Sunday, you need to do so before 10pm.
  • All camping attendees are subject to search upon entry.
  • Surrendered items are considered forfeited on entry. No items will be returned, regardless of what any staff member tells you.
  • Feel free to bring your own food and beverages into on-site camping. Please refer to Camping FAQs for what is allowed.
  • No glass containers of any kind, weapons, knives (including cooking and steak knives), drugs or drug paraphernalia will be allowed.
  • No animals will be allowed in the campground. (See our ADA page for more information.)
  • No open flames. (GPS, we are not talking about you.)
  • No squirt guns/water toys
  • No tiki torches, fireworks or any types of explosives or ammunition.
  • No tanks of compressed air, helium, nitrous (haha), etc.
  • No party balloons.
  • No slip-n-slides.
  • No metal tent stakes.
  • No drones, remote control aircraft or toy cars.
  • No hoverboards or motorized scooters.
