Camping FAQ

• All camping attendees must be 18 years of age or older and have valid ID or else be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Sorry, no exceptions.

• Each camping attendee must have their own festival pass for entrance.

• Camping spots are non-transferable.

• All Camping attendees can visit each other’s campsites.

• There will be on-site security Thursday, October 12, 2023, starting at 06:00PM and ending Monday, October 16th at 08:00AM.

• First aid station available on site (inside faire) during fair hours. Emergency on call will be available for overnights.

• Clark County and its staff are not responsible for any valuables that are misplaced, lost, or stolen.

• All campers are expected to behave in a manner that is courteous to other campers.

• Noise curfew begins at 11:30PM and ends at 07:00AM.

• Please be advised campsite will be on lock down between the hours of 11:30PM – 07:00 AM nightly. If you need to leave prior to 07:00AM on Sunday, you need to do so before 11:30PM.

• All camping attendees are subject to search upon entry.

• Surrendered items are considered forfeited on entry.

• No items will be returned, regardless of what any staff member tells you.

• Feel free to bring your own food and beverages into on-site camping.

• No glass containers of any kind, weapons, drugs, or drug paraphernalia will be allowed.

• No animals will be allowed in the campground. (See our ADA page for more information.)

• No open flames.

• No squirt guns/water toys

• No tiki torches, fireworks or any types of explosives or ammunition.

• No tanks of compressed air, helium, nitrous, etc.

• No slip-n-slides.

• No metal tent stakes.

• No drones, remote control aircraft or toy cars.

• No hoverboards or motorized scooters.

• Only Propane grills are allowed on campgrounds.

Requests can be made, based on availability, however first come first serve typically how camp sites operates.

Yes, camping is available for purchase by all event goers.

Preferred camping is accommodating to a “6-person tent”, approximately 5ft of frontage space from your tent door.

Portable restrooms are provided for campers. There are no showers onsite.

Only, propane grills are allowed.

Yes, there is a camping parking lot. There is one parking spot available per each camp reservation. All the details can be found online under camping section.

Yes, camper limits are based on the camp package reservation.

Campers have their own entrance for faire but must have proper credentials.

Camping is designated to a specific area just outside the event area. We do not offer camping within the event perimeter in any village.

Yes, wagons are allowed.

There are spots preassigned areas for RV camping. However, if RVs are being used for unloading, parking is available, though we have no dedicated oversized parking.

Yes, if medically needed, oxygen tens are allowed.

Depends on the type you purchase. All the details can be found online under camping section.

Camp sites have limits. People with camping wristbands are allowed. No outside guests will be allowed.

Only propane grills are allowed.

Yes, children are allowed in the campgrounds.

Yes, but generator usage is limited to daytime only and must be inverter unit.

A chest with a lock is allowed, but Clark County is not accountable for any lost or stolen items.

Space heaters are not allowed.

NO issue, but note: ADA pathways are limited, and majority of the campground and event are on unlevel grass fields.

Three [3] night stay in a pre-assembled 12-foot bell tent.

Earliest access to campground beginning on Thursday at 12pm.

Access to the private campground including designated potties, private entertainment, and exclusive meal options.

Yurt Camping includes:

Three [3] night stay in a pre-assembled 12’x12’ glamping yurt.

[4] 3-day passes, [4] festival t-shirt vouchers, [4] festival poster vouchers.

Earliest access to campground beginning on Thursday at 12pm.

Access to the private campground including designated potties, private entertainment, and exclusive meal options.

[1] parking pass for the designated parking lot adjacent to the campground.

There will be a QR code sent per campground. When campers arrive to the park, they will present their QR code and then receive wristband for everyone.
