We will be implementing a Military discount that will be the same price as a Child/Senior ticket. These are available only at the box office with proof of Military status.

There are no employee discounts. However, check the website or Community Centers for limited promotional “Free Friday Tickets” available to the public valley-wide.

Children under the age of 6 are FREE! Any child 6 and over are required to have a ticket.

Individuals age 60 and up qualify for a discounted Senior ticket.

Re-entry is not allowed unless you have a 3 Day Pass wristband.

No pets are allowed in the event except service animals.

There are no refunds or exchanges, rain or shine.

General and ADA parking is free. Vehicles parked at area businesses or in red zones will be subject to tow. There is no overnight parking at the festival unless you have a camping reservation. For additional information on directions and parking, please visit our Parking & Rideshare page.

No, we do not offer rentals for any of these items.

No outside busking is allowed. All the performers are hired in advance and approved by management. If you are interested in participating in the event as a performer, you can e-mail [email protected].

The event’s capacity is limited to 25,000 people in the park at once.

We are always excited to see people dressed in costume at the Age of Chivalry Renaissance Festival. To ensure the safety of all guests at the event, please review the following restrictions:

Swords, daggers, maces, axes, bows and arrows, and similar period arms are permitted into the event.

Steel/metal weapons are permitted if sheathable, peace-tied, and dull. Large two-handed steel/metal weapons that cannot be sheathed will not be allowed regardless of if they are dull. Live steel (sharp edges) weapons are strictly prohibited from ever being unsheathed and must be secured at all times. If any edges or points of the weapon are still visible outside the sheath, these must be dull.

Other prop weapons made of wood/plastic/foam are not required to be sheathed and peace tied. However, there is no tolerance for rough play, mock dueling, or swinging props at other guests or staff. Such actions will result in immediate removal from the fair.

Only completely unstrung bows are permitted into the event. Additionally, arrows may not have any real metal/sharp tips (only blunt or foam tips). Arrows are to be peace-tied together inside a quiver so individual shafts cannot be pulled out or drawn.

Besides unstrung bows and untipped arrows, absolutely NO projectile weapons are permitted. This includes crossbows, guns, or other similar arms.

Security checks will be at each entry point to ensure that all costume accessories and prop weapons are safe for all attending the event. Any person in possession of a weapon that is determined to be unsafe or unable to be made safe will not be permitted into the event.

Bags, pouches, satchels, etc. are permitted into the event but are subject to search. Large camping/hiking backpacks (e.g. 50L+) or rolling luggage/suitcase are prohibited as they pose a tripping hazard in crowded lanes.

Unfortunately, we do not have any volunteer positions available.

Phones and small digital and/or film cameras are permitted, but any professional media groups must fill out a Media Pass Request Form. Please check under our Media tab to find the form.

No outside instruments will be allowed by the public, unless you have been contracted by the event.

Only one, unopened, factory-sealed bottle of water is permitted per person.
